Our cheque services include:

Standardised Cheques

Customised Corporate Cheques - a minimum of 2,000 cheques at a fee of TWD 10 per cheque; delivery of cheques will be sent within 14 working days

DBS Cashier's Cheques - issued by Bank of Taiwan

Both standardised cheques and customised corporate cheques have an expiry date of one year from the date you issue the cheques to your beneficiaries.

	Do I need to have a DBS Bank (Taiwan) Ltd Chequeing Account or Business Account to use the cheque facility?
	Yes, you do. If you do not have an account with us, please call us at 02 6606 0302 and we’ll arrange for a relationship manager to assist you. You may visit our website for more information.

	What is the maximum amount for cheque issuance?
	There is no maximum amount for issuing cheques. You may issue a cheque for any amount subject to the availability of funds in your account for cheque clearance.

	What is the expiry date of the cheques I issue to my beneficiaries?
	Both standardised cheques and customised corporate cheques have an expiry date of one year from the date you issue the cheques to your beneficiaries.

What are the transaction fees for standardised cheques and customised cheques?

For standardised cheques:

Transaction fee is TWD 10 per cheque if your average CASA balance in the past three months is below TWD 150,000. No transaction fee is charged for cheques issued if your average CASA balance in the past three months is more than TWD 150,000.

For customised corporate cheques:

Transaction fee is TWD 10 per cheque and a minimum of 2,000 cheques is required for printing.

Transaction fees will be billed and debited from your account when the cheques are presented for payment by the beneficiary’s bank.
